The call for proposals for 2027/2028 Large Teaching and Learning (TLEF) Transformation Projects is now open. UBC Vancouver faculty and staff are invited to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) by July 16, 2026.
Arts internal process
In addition to the university’s TLEF submission process, Arts has an internal, early review and consultation process for new Large TLEF Transformation projects to facilitate discussion and consultation ahead of letter of intent submissions.
If you are an Arts faculty member or staff member who is thinking of applying, you can request a consultation with Arts ISIT and submit an Arts Internal Abstract by Monday, July 6, 2026. This will allow Arts ISIT and the Faculty of Arts to work with you on the LOI submission ahead of the TLEF deadline.
